The Belle Harbor Torah Institute was founded in the spring of 2005 in an effort to spread Jewish awareness in our seaside community through education and inspiration. Spearheaded by Rabbi Levi Osdoba, the goal of the institute is to reach out to our fellow Jews of all affiliations and backgrounds.
